The Lincoln English Centre gives students the opportunity to experience the delights of the ‘friendly’ of Lincoln
Lincoln is fantastic student city with a rich history dating back to Roman times. The city has great attractions such as the Cathedral, Lincoln Castle where the "Magna Carta" is hosted. The city has a historical high street with plenty of various shops and a great Riverside consisting of coffee shops, cinema and bowling located near Lincoln University.
Courses
We run courses all year round and for all ages. with students aged between 11 and 17 Our standard courses run from 1 – 4 weeks, although we are quite happy to tailor our course to a school’s requirements.
Lincoln is our newest location for UK School Integration, the programme offers students a chance to learn in state schools in a historical and safe student city.
Study Objectives
Our study holiday lessons focus on all skills: writing, grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening and speaking, with an emphasis on oral work. The lessons will include a variety of activities and aim to be as interactive as possible. If school’s would like the lessons to have a particular focus our teachers will always be happy to plan their lessons accordingly. During school integration the students will join in the English school's existing timetable, enabling students to experience a typical school day covering various subjects including: English, maths, science, drama, PE, humanities and more.
